EasterHill Entertainment, LLC does business as EasterHill Entertainment or EHE. In this Policy, “EHE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to EasterHill Entertainment, LLC, and “Website” and “Services” have the meanings described in EHE’s Terms of Service. We collect the following data and information to provide the Website and Services, respond to inquiries, administer consultations, process transactions, support communications, protect EHE and users, and improve the user experience.

As described in EHE’s Terms of Service, submitting Your Material does not transfer ownership of your legally protectable intellectual property to EHE and does not authorize EHE to produce, adapt, publish, distribute, sell, option, acquire, or otherwise commercially exploit your protected creative work unless you and EHE enter into a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Unless you and EHE enter into a separate written confidentiality or submission agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties, your submission of Your Material is voluntary and not confidential, and EHE does not agree to refrain from using any element of Your Material that is not protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your Usage Information. We collect data related to the ways you access and use the Website and Services, including actions you take through any account, form, portal, purchase flow, communication feature, consultation request, or other online feature. We use this data and information to provide, protect, evaluate, improve, and support the Website and Services, develop or refine offerings, communicate with users, prevent misuse, and enforce applicable terms and policies.

Community features may be public or viewable by others, and you should use caution before disclosing personal, sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or project-related information. If you submit Your Material to EHE or through the Website, EHE may use, copy, reproduce, transmit, store, display, submit, distribute, review, evaluate, process, and otherwise use Your Material as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, administer, improve, promote, and support the Website, Services, consultations, communications, and actions you request or authorize.

If EasterHill Entertainment, LLC is involved in a merger, sale of all or substantially all of its assets, financing, restructuring, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other change in ownership or control, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and any relevant notice or choice requirements.
